GRI notification Ex China, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Korea
Shipping lines are looking to increase rates in the way of a GRI.
The first round are intended to start on the 15th Sep with some lines, but it is yet to be confirmed.
Then another increase is expected from the 20th Sep. We will let you know once these are confirmed.
Previous plans to increase rates have been unsuccessful as the number of services and capacity had remained without the demand.
Some lines now are reducing capacity and services which will drive up demand and reduce capacity.
There is talk of some blank sailings in the next month, we will monitor this and advise of any disruptions.
